Feel like you guys will give me the best answer in regards to what card I should open next. Haven't opened a card in over a year so no limits to worry about. In order of opening cards I went.

Bank of America Cash Rewards Card (2013)
Discover IT Card (2013)
Chase Freedom Card (2014)
AMEX Delta Gold Card (2015)
Citi Bank American Airlines AAdvantage Card (2016)

With the type of work I am in, I very rarely travel and when I do it for personal reasons usually stay at Airbnb rentals.

I probably spend 1-1.5k each month across the cards I have.

Have a few big purchases coming up so if any recommendations have spend bonuses attached that should not be a problem either.

TIA

And I'm out.. Only trade the major 3 but just moved back to all fiat.

Made a quick 10% from last Thursday though. Waiting to see what happens after the 30th.

I've been buying on the dip for a few hours now. Might make a trip to the bank in the morning to wire some more.

Good deal, flights purchased and no credit card applications submitted!
Another question

I have the Delta AMEX Gold for flight since I am located close to a Delta hub, but I have multiple flights coming up using American Airlines. I see they are running a 30k mile signup bonus plus $100 statement credit. Do that and boost my miles up quickly or wait and just apply for a CSP?
SW?

And can I move UR points to her Ink Card or would it have to be the same account holder?

Great help!

Last thing about the CSP and airlines in general. Should I apply for the airline cards? I already have the Delta Amex Gold because it gave the 30k miles on signup. Wondering if I should do the same with American Airlines.

Lol forgot about that part. Not much of a history other than student loan payments.

So what's the best plan? Beginner card such as Freedom/It or an airline/hotel as we have the trips coming up.

When you have either CSP or INK, you earn "Ultimate Rewards (UR) Points." You can transfer these points to airline/hotel partners which give more value

So my next card should be the CSP?

Edited to add:
Or should she apply for a CSP and later for the Ink? She owns a business and I think I have read where you must have a business to open the Ink
Need some help from some of you gurus about my next move in the card game. Quick background info.

Currently have:
Bank of America Cash Back Card
Discover It
Chase Freedom

Recently opened a AMEX Delta Gold Card as it gave me a statement credit and 30k miles plus the free checked bag, and I live close to a Delta hub. Also, I have a Marriott rewards number (no card) and same with American Airlines frequent flyer number (no card).

GF mentioned last night she thinks she wants to get in this crazy game too. She has never had a credit card. Best options for her?

We have multiple trips planned in the next few months. At least 2 domestic flights as well as one leaving the country for a week or so.

Should I start her with a It/Freedom card or should we get an airline/hotel type card? I see lots of talk here about the Freedom/CSP/Ink combo but not sure I fully understand it.

Haven't been keeping up with this thread like I was a few months ago. Any big signup/referral bonuses available anywhere? Trying to make sure we start her off with a strong start.
Go to school for 7 years all while taking out student loans then make over 6 figures and you are screwed on trying to deduct it.

Funny thing about the whole system is we are the ones making most of the payments back. I have plenty of friends who just aren't even paying theirs because they don't have real jobs.

Bubble will burst soon
I have the same problem not being able to deduct student loan interest.

Is there a work around or loophole that I am missing because it is extremely frustrating seeing how much I pay in interest each year and then not be able to deduct it.
They killed the second set and encore. Was one hell of time
Due to circumstances out of my control I need to refinance my house.

My question to the Money Board is do I go ahead and lock in a rate today or wait until first of next week and hope they trend down a little after the Fed announces they won't raise rates until later in the year.

I would rather find a new game that will be similar to that and not have to play such an extreme game of catch up.

Just feels pointless to continue playing when people are at levels so high you would be playing for months before you reach their levels.

Played CoC for awhile then kinda lost interest when I realized I started a year too late and looking for a game similar that isn't so old.

Any suggestions?
