if you didn't use your boat as often, would you leave it plugged in?

Did you put a protective coat around your boat and if so, do you reapply ever?

2024 with 60k miles?

i have stayed in Figeac at a horse stable farm situation visiting an old friend who moved to France after turning 18 and never came back. it's a charming little town. the people actually want to speak English bc they get to practice. the opposite of the bigger cities where they enjoy hearing me struggle with m 3rd grade level French. that said, it's considered polite to at least try to speak the language.

The region is the Truffle and Foie Gras capital of France, so keep that in mind. the wine in that Region is very good and boutique. there are a few groceries there where the cheese is exceptional and the produce was next level and affordable.

The town is very walkable and charming with the River and old winding streets and buildings. there are few museums and shops to entertain you during the day. the train to leave there is literally one car, so that was funny. we took a bigger train from Toulouse and it was a breeze, though the train depot in Toulouse was shady AF.

not much of a night life scene, but if you do your work during the day, you can have lovely, and i mean lovely, homecooked dinners with great quality food and wine with wonderful view of the rolling country side.
