Pats +4.5 ALL DAY! May even do ML on them. Also, throw everything you can at the under 1Q of 7.5.
New update:

A California man is facing criminal charges after allegedly demanding bitcoin payments from the family of 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, who disappeared Sunday in Tucson, Arizona.

Derrick Callella, 42, of Hawthorne, California, is charged with transmitting a ransom demand related to a kidnapped person, and anonymous interstate communications intended to harass or threaten.

This same guy was arrested in October 2025 for stealing $9,984 in unemployement benefits. He was employed as a Department of Health Services Intermediate Clerk. Well Well Well......

This was proven to be a fake photo. The incident was real but that photo is fake, you can see below that there is a logo on the helmet but in the photo you shared there is no logo.

I went to college with a now massive rock/country star. We lived next to each other and would hang out very frequently, playing NBA Jam after being out all night. One morning I went over to his house before heading to class and he said to me “her, I need some help writing this song. I’m stuck on these lyrics”. I said “ma, I’m not good at tha kind of stuff” and then walked out to head to class.

The artist. Zac Brown from Zac Brown Band. The song ended up being Chicken Fried.

That was definitely on the list! Weather looks to be nice where we may be able to sit on the patio.

Las Vegas - Pubs/Bars

Posted by CHiPs25 on 2/2/26 at 2:24 pm
Headed to Vegas on Sunday for a golf trip with a few buddies. We're staying out at Red Rocks and are looking for ideas to get away from gambling one or two of the nights. We are going to a UNLV bball game on Tuesday night so looking to see if anyone had any pubs/bars around the Vegas area that they loved. Looking for a hole in the wall type pub where we can just get away from the tables and have a few pints.

NHL playoffs take just as long as NBA since they don’t play consecutive nights. I suppose they could but quality would go down. You are complaining about the very thing that makes the NBA playoffs compelling…maximum effort which is what this thread is about

I wouldn't call what they give "maximum effort", and this thread is regarding a statement by Legler saying that players are not giving that "maximum effort" so it's the complete opposite.

don’t watch regular season anymore but will be tuned into playoffs like usual.

I sure wish the playoffs weren’t as long as they are. If they could go to a best of 3 for the playoffs and then the Championship game is best of 5 then it would help. The season ends and almost 2 months later is the finals. Ridiculous how long it takes.
A friend of mine searched everywhere for them and didn’t find tthem. Fake news.

re: Meal Prep Recipes

I use chatGPT for my recipes. If you tell it that you want high protein, low fat, no carbs, etc and you want to meal prep for the week then it will give you some recipes that you can tailor to your liking. My doctor told me that my bloodwork came back with pre-diabetes and to start eating more on the Mediterranean diet. I put that into GPT and now every meal tailors it towards the Med. diet. Sometimes I will tell it that I feel like pizza tonight but want something healthy and it will give me a chicken breast pizza recipe and play-by-play instructions on how to make it.

re: Qi35 Driver Imploded

Something like this has happened to every TM driver I have ever had. I bought the Sim 2 from PGA store last year and it happened a few months ago to it. Sent it back to TM, and they sent me a new one. About 2 weeks after getting the new one, another issue popped up. Sent it back to TM and they just replaced it with the Qi35, which I actually really like. If it happens again, I think my experience with TM is done.

It was the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life. It lasted for about 12-18 hours of just miserable throbbing but began to subside. The injection has quit hurting, but the tennis elbow still seems to be about the same. Hopefully it begins healing.

Yup, that is pretty consistent. I'm going to be real with you, the tennis elbow pain is not going to get better anytime soon. It will take a few months for the plasma to run through your blood before you start feeling relief. I think it took me about 3 months before I started feeling relief.

Theraband - flex bar - works / go to Amazon and get one and do it several times a day / you will wake up in a couple weeks and realize you don’t have tennis elbow anymore

Any particular exercises with the flex bar?

My primary physician gave it to me. If yours doesn’t then you should be able to go to an ortho and they can.

Everyone has some good ideas on this, I have also dealt with both tennis and golfers elbow. Here is what I've done:

• Did the steroid shot. It worked for about 3 months and then it came back. Did not want to continue with the steroid shot as over time it will cause more issues with your joints. One and done.

• PT / Dry Needling - Did both of these and saw no relief at all. I will be upfront and say that I did not stop playing golf during this time, my PT knew this as I was upfront about it. Was a waste of time.

• Theraband Flex Bar - I have tried this previously but have not been consistent about it. I will say that everyone i've seen talk about it has seen relief, but they probably were consistent with it. I may need to make this part of my morning routine.

• PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) - I pushed this off as long as I could because I have heard that it's very painful. I went ahead and bit the bullet on it and saw 100% relief for 1-year. During this year I played 100 rounds of golf and had no issues. After the year, I could start to feel it again so I went ahead and did another injection. The 2nd injection worked but I felt like it wore off sooner than the first injection. It's been about a year since the 2nd injection.

• Wolverine Stack (BPC-157/TB-500) peptide - I am currently on this stack and have been for about 6 weeks. I am starting to finally see some relief and am giving myself until the end of January before I make a decision on whether to do a 2nd round or not. I have missed some days in the 6 weeks because of holidays and travel, but have been pretty consistent since the beginning of the year.

Hope this gives you another idea on what you should do next. The one thing that I have not done is taken a break from playing golf. I am still playing weekly, which is probably why it's taking so long for something to work.

Darebee - Fitness Website - Free

Posted by CHiPs25 on 1/12/26 at 8:47 am
Good morning-

I ran across a website that I thought I would send over to this group. The website is Darebee and it's a pretty basic website that gives a lot of what appears to be beginner workouts for free. They also have challenges, exercise of the day, etc that may be good for someone just starting, like myself. Just thought I would pass it along to anyone else that is looking for something small to start with.
