Please do more research.

You need to know how much peptide you have and the units of each item you're dealing with (1ml = 100 units = 100 cc). 10ml will not fit in a 3ml vial. Use the calculator linked below to understand how much you would draw based on your mix.

Peptide stays in the vial until you do the shot. Do not shoot yourself 10x with the same syringe....

LINK

I went to that calculator (amongst others) and have the same questions from them all. The Volume is fine (there are 100 units on my syringes). The QTY of peptide is 10mg (5mg BPC-157 / 5mg TB-500). For the BAC Water, i'm going to say 10mL but then the last question i am not sure what to enter.

The last question is Enter the Quantity of Peptide in each dose. How do I determine what the quantity of peptide is in each dose?

I ordered the materials I needed, which is 3mL of BPC-157/TB-500 (5/5mg), I got 30mL of Bac Water and 10 syringes. From what I have read, I should mix 10mL of the Bac Water into the 3mL of peptide and then roll it around to mix it up properly. Once I have it mixed up, what should my injections look like? The syringes I got are 30G 1ml/cc and look like they go up to 100 on the syringe. Do I fill the syringe to the 30 line which would give me 10 injections?
Appreciate the info. For now, i'm going to try it out before dropping the money for 10 vials. For future sake, if I were to get 10 vials, how do I store them properly? Freezer?

Just finished first bottle of Glow. Impressed with the benefits of ghk-u and always feel great with BPC and TB.

Enjoy

Do you mind sharing where you purchased it from?

I've been checking out Simple Peptides which i think was recommended on this board but someone else mentioned Prime Peptides. The Simple Peptides has a new product out called KLOW which adds a tripeptide KPV. I was going to go with the BPC/TB route but if I can get some added benefit doing the GLOW or KLOW it would be a win/win.

IPTV doesn’t have contract disputes.
Couple of places that we've been to or heard about:

• Mystic Mountain Pizza - A hole in the wall kind of pizza place, reminds me of a small Mellow Mushroom.

• Harvest on Main

• Cucinella's Pizzeria - It's decent. I would go to Mystic Mountain before here though, for the vibe.

• Chester Brunnenmeyer's Bar & Grill - We come here every time we're in town. Good food, good vibe.

• Swan Drive-In Theatre if you want a nostalgic drive in theater experience

This isn't entirely true; you can inject in the stomach and see results. I've cleared up very severe elbow tendonitis by injecting in the stomach. Same with knee issues.

How long did it take before it started kicking in? I read that injecting near the location of the issues would be pretty immediate (days) while going through the stomach takes several weeks. I do have other areas that have some pain, so i'm thinking going through the stomach will help alleviate pain throughout the body, albeit, would probably take more injections than if it were just one location.

Where did you get your peptide? Did you go locally to a health center or online?

I try to only insert about half of the needle because I am worried about hitting something in there.

This is concerning. It sounds like you have knowledge of what you're doing and if you are concerned about potentially hitting something, then I would for sure hit something.

If I go this route, I think I would just inject into the stomach and would be ok with it taking a few weeks to reach the area. The only thing I can hit there is a Twinkie.

I thought about it and actually looked into it, but mainly for shits and giggles. I’ve heard that the flights from turkey to America are full of men with wraps on their head after just getting the surgery.

Would it be better to just take Minoxidil then, if that's even a solo option?

Receding Hair Line "Widows Peak"

Posted by CHiPs25 on 10/14/25 at 12:40 pm
I am trying to get ahead of my Widows Peak becoming worse and while it's already started, i'm hoping I can limit the amount of forehead exposure! Anything out there on the marketplace that will help restore the hair. I am not noticing chunks of hair coming out so I'm thinking they are just slowly coming out, which may be a good sign. HIMS has a product they are claiming can help and it contains Finasteride and Minoxidil.

Anyone in here had success with the Widows Peak and controlling it?

Did he do any follow up labs with Gameday prior to going to primary doctor? I believe they would've seen the sky high test numbers.

Agreed, I am currently going to GameDay (not in Pensacola) and they tested me after 5 weeks and we went through the numbers. I was not seeing any results so they increased me and then want to test me after another 3 weeks to see how the numbers are.

Maybe that Gameday did not test or they were loading him full of the wrong stuff.

estrogen blocker

Just met with my nurse this morning at Gameday regarding my levels and we discussed estrogen. She asked if I had any symptoms and I had no idea so we started discussing it. She mentioned that because i'm a thinner guy that I shouldn't worry about it, only the fatz need to worry. Are you a heavier fella?

I inject 300 mcg each subQ near the pain my elbow.

When you say "near the pain in my elbow" are you just pinching the skin and injecting it there? I have been reading up on this and they say that injecting it near the site is ideal to relive the pain quickly while going into the stomach takes a few extra weeks. Also, if there are other issues in the body, going through the stomach will help those as well versus pinpointing the injection site.

I have issues with both elbows, one elbow has tennis/golfers elbow and the other just has tennis. I have been getting the PRP injection for 2 years (1 per year) and it's been helpful but it's still sore.

I'm thinking if I go into the stomach it can help with the elbows and then some other nagging issues like lower back. I'm OK taking a few weeks.

It’s actually BPC-157. You can also find it at a local men’s health place like gameday. Health/Fitness board probably has some good info on it as well.

You doing injections? If so, how much and how often?

Yes, doing injections. Once a week at 140. They just increase from 130 after I had a conversation with them.

My understanding is it takes 9-12 weeks for the average person to really notice the daily benefits after they're dialed in.

I am definitely under this time frame, I started August 14th so my shot tomorrow will be my 7th.
I can count on one hand how many times my wife has cooked for me. I cook but she doesn’t like what I cook so I’m usually cooking for myself. She prefers fast food BS to anything that I would cook. Problem with that is that it’s easy to just rely on her to get me fast food too rather than cook something healthy.

Im 44 and my total was 253 on my initial blood work. 3 months later it was at 865. Free went from 8.4 to 23.6. I've felt like a completely different person since starting TRT and can't recommend it enough.

Pretty similar to you and started on TRT about 5 weeks ago. How long before you noticed a considerable different in your everyday life? I have noticed an increate in libido and to be honest, that is about it. I am not a workout guy so I haven't seen an increase in my workouts. What I have noticed is that I tend to crash around 3pm and become quite fatigued/exhausted. I went into this with very high expectations and as of right now, I am not seeing the benefit.

Same. I just upgraded from an iPhone 13 to a 16 because of the battery and now it’s draining. I’m also noticing that it’s taking forever to charge.
