re: Sometimes, for no reason it works

Posted by CHiPs25 on 5/20/26 at 4:39 pm to
On Mothers' Day, I went out and played with 2 buddies at my local course. We played the tips and I shot a 76. Fast Forward a week and I can barely break 90 and have absolutely no feel to my swing at all. If you asked my what my swing was on Mothers Day, I couldn't even tell you. I have been at the range for the past 2 days trying to find it again to no avail. Probably changed my swing 5x in the past 2 days to get the feeling back. My HDCP is a 5.
I cannot stand it, it very much make me not want to watch golf on TV. If you ever get a chance, watch the DP World Tour, Asian Tour, etc and this is not a thing on those tours. It seems like it's just the PGA tour that this is a problem, since the days of "Bababooey" which is when I can first recall this happening. I always wondered why the PGA Tour or the TV network doesn't just mute this from happening, they can do it in their TV trucks.

Damn, the last thing I wanted to do after the procedure was to eat something that would put me back on the toilet. I was ok taking a day or 2 off taking a shite!
The other reply to this was spot on. There is no cost to it and it could save your life, so there is no need to push it off any further. Get it scheduled and go do it. The pills are large horse pills, you take 3 with 8 oz of water and then do it again every 15 minutes for an hour. At the end, you drink 16 oz of water and wait for the fun to begin. Mine was at 9am so I fasted on Monday (you are allowed to eat jello, broth, popsicles) which wasn't that bad and then can't have anything to eat/drink 6 hours before the procedure. You get into the clinic, they put the IV in, wheel you into the room and once you smell the propofol, you're out. Wake up in the room, feel great and hopefully the doctor comes in and says you're all clear. Then you go eat and relax the rest of the day.

The only thing I wish I did different was schedule the procedure for tomorrow (Thursday) instead of Tuesday because I could have laid in bed and watched the PGA Championship.
It’s funny, I never even thought of colon cancer until the day before the procedure. Wasn’t even on my radar.

Glad it’s over and yes, it’s a weight lifted off my shoulders.
That nap was everything everyone said it would be. The guy said it would have an odd smell and then I was out. Woke up and my wife was in the room, doc came in and said everything was perfect and I was cleared to go. The prep was the worst part, I did the pills and while I’m assuming they’re easier than the drink, being afraid to go to sleep last night was the worst. I wish I would have counted the amount of times I went to the crapper. I would say it was at least 20+.

Glad it’s over, laid in bed the rest of the day and enjoyed a day off work.
Yea I thought about food afterwards. Gonna stick to something easy to not wreck an empty stomach. Probably just eggs and diced ham.

Wish me luck.......colonoscopy tomorrow

Prep work starts in 2 hours. My first colonoscopy is tomorrow (46 y/o) and have never been worried about it. For some reason, on my social feeds I keep seeing stories about people going in to get their check and coming out with stage 3 cancer. The first one I saw was Stephen Garcia and now I've seen a few other "influencers" sharing their stories. Glad it's getting out and everyone should get checked, but damn, now i'm nervous AF. No warning signs that I can think of, no family history of it, should just be routine......but......what if.

Anyways, wish me luck. Have no idea what to expect.

Anyone gonna fess up to knowing the most recent hater in the hater series? Baw is from Lafayette. Doug Perkins.

Hater Series

I think the gnomes are cool for those people that like collectables. I think the demand for them has gotten out of control, kind of like the bobbleheads back in the day that you would get at a MLB game. I have a buddy that has collected them for the past 5 years and has them on display in his mancave. But, he's not posting them on tik-tok along with $10k in other crap he bought. From what I heard, this years line at the merch tent was the worst it's ever been and by Sunday, most everything was gone. I'm not sure what the fix is for it but if anyone can figure it out, definitely it's Augusta.
I wonder how many other incidents there have been that have never made the news. He's lucky that he hasn't seriously hurt anyone other than himself. Let's face it, he's never going to get the help he needs. He sold his soul to the devil to be one of the greatest athletes of all time.

It depends on which one you saw. I guarantee that you didn’t see the ONN 4K Pro but possibly the ONN standard device which is available at some stores. The lack of inventory makes it look like people want them, but they have been pulled from the stores.

How are these boxes? They seem to be in high demand because every Wal Mart I check, they are out of stock.

They are not in high demand. Speculation is that ONN is releasing a new version of the ONN device which is why they are not restocking the shelves.

Playing in the HS football game and then heading to Waffle House afterwards before headed home to get ready for Saturday morning soccer games.

Did it daily for two weeks. No results.

If you injected it directly into the pain point then you should have seen relief pretty quickly, if you injected into stomach then it will take longer than the 2 weeks. It took me about 4-5 weeks to get relief injecting into my stomach.
I stopped my injection cycle at the end of January and looking to run through one more cycle as maintenance. How long should I wait before I start my next cycle? I did check with GROK and it said that the break should be the same length as the cycle, which means a 6-week break. Is this an accurate amount of time to allow the body to rest or should I keep it shorter?

Got it all set up. First injections were tonight. One in each elbow.

It's been about a month, any relief?

When in March? Opening day at Wrigley is Mar 26th which would be worth going to.
