I told myself I could handle 3-4 losses this year with new coach and freshman QB to go along with the other amount of young players seeing a lot of playing time. I would rather lose 6 games this year if that's the sacrifice we have to make to get to where I think this program is headed. Smart is giving these young guys valuable time and after a couple of full recruiting classes of his guys I think we will finally be there. I was pissed as hell at the ole piss game last week but today all I could do was turn radio off unload 4wheeler and finish the last bit of work at the lease and be patient.

I respected richt a lot as a person and he gave us a pretty good run for 15 years but after averaging 10 wins a year in the SEC you figure at least one year we could have won it all. We lost 17 games over the last 5 years but freak out after 1 loss. I would rather lose 3-5 games this year with a new coach and a freshman QB than same coach and a 5th year senior QB. We have a new coach who is bringing a new found fire to the program and doing a pretty dang good job locking up the instate talent and overall recruiting is going great. We just have to give him time to get his players in there and then see the how the team looks. I like the way the program is heading.

Just loaded truck up and about to head east. Looking forward to watching us play, it's been a few years. Will be wife's first UGA game so hopefully she brings good luck.
