There will be better responses than mine, but I suggest getting your T levels up. It will help a lot with your issues. 262 is low enough for insurance to cover your TRT....

I also have a GoRuck backpack. I have a 20lb and 30lb plate. The 30lb plate seems to be perfect. I've considered getting a vest, though, since the weight seems to be more evenly distributed....

AAA/Majors exclusively PG in the Houston area. My son is on the small side and swings an -8 (Hype Fire...hope we aren't next...). Here 13U is minimum -8. 14U minimum -5. Obviously, high school is -3 BBCOR. ...

Sounds like you did your research. I'm not arguing. I'm just stating that I don't see any 12U kids where we play using a -5 bat most are either -10 or -8. Also, just stating that when I see kids using heavier bats at such a young age, it's normally driven by the parents thinking they are bett...

Maybe but I don't see it where we play. I still believe it's driven by the parents thinking their kids are better, bigger, stronger than they really are....

My kid is 12U and swings -8. I was just stating the rules. Don't see any kids in 12U swinging -5. If they are it's mostly their parents thinking they are the next Ohtani or Judge....

Cat X is not hot out of the wrapper. They are known as one of the hardest bats to break in. Hundreds of youth swings until it's fully broken in. Maybe 100 adult swings. The Easton Hype Fire is the hottest bat out of the wrapper right now followed by the Rawlings Icon. The -10 and -8 version...

-5 is still heavy for 12U. They can use -10 until 13U when they are required to use -8....

My wife did a disk replacement. No fusion. From what we were told this is a newish procedure and not all docs do it. Recovery time is a lot faster, no worries about the fusion not taking or affecting other areas. Immediate relief with very little recovery time. Procedure was done in Houston....
