Hawthorne is awful.
There's a reason the guy never went any further in his career than Baton Rouge.

Sounds like he smoked it; unlucky play.

Good thing this isn't a book that anyone else will ever read. I do feel a little sorry for you sometimes.

Yet another set of jimmies rustled.

Such ignorance if you think this has anything to do with stand your ground. And no there aren't a lot of them. But I wouldn't exoensive you to know the difference between stand your ground and the castle doctrine
Nobody said that this instance had anything to do with Stand Your Ground, dipshite. My post was in response to something else entirely.
Work on your reading comprehension there, son.

I don't think they should. Arkansas has been the most overachieving team in the nation since he got there; their natural level in baseball is more along the lines of Missouri or Penn State.

Lol. If someone wants to harm me after I have made attempts to diffuse the situation, they will be shot. And no frick will be given.

And you will be in jail. Real smart plan.
Not in any state with Stand Your Ground laws, he won't.
And there are a lot of them.

Don't drive either.
Is that your wife in your avi?

quote:
surmise that the earth's natural disasters are a result of some cosmic consciousness
Did I ever say that in here anywhere? NO, jerkwad, I most certainly did not.
quote:
So I'm assuming you are probably a truther, anti-vaxxer, etc
So don't be too upset when I assume that you're just a typical dumbshite Louisianian.
re: At what point does population growth exceed the earth's carrying capacity?
Posted by Ugandan President on 4/6/14 at 11:31 am
quote:
So you believe the earth is god?

Oh my gosh. How did you make THAT leap?
But since you seem serious - no. I don't believe the earth is god. I believe the Earth is a sentient creature. That doesn't make it God, does it?

let me guess 9/11 was an inside job?
Way to try to disassemble, bud.
We're talking about planetary/cosmic consciousness, not what a bunch of stupid humans may have done or not done.
Do you logic much?

Thank God for Wikipedia! What would I ever do without it?

Yes. That is absurd. And it's not completely random chance that disasters occur.
Hooyah. We got us some really, really smart guys in here who have this alllllllllll figured out. Must be nice to be so damn smart!

the earth is not conscious at all. it is composed of a lot of carbon, oxygen, hydrodgen, etc
OK. Silly me. You're a lawyer, OF COURSE you know better.
re: At what point does population growth exceed the earth's carrying capacity?
Posted by Ugandan President on 4/6/14 at 11:14 am
quote:
Think of earth as a giant, subtly sentient consciousness. Like a mega-ent.
This man gets it.
It's really not subtle at all, though - just to us dumb humans who are way too preoccupied with other things.

Posted by Ugandan President on 4/6/14 at 11:13 am

The growth rate will go down as men and women continue to have different agendas. The family is already dead in this country and will die all over the world before too long.
Why am I not surprised that it took a gump to come up with this level of stupid?

Nature has ways of keeping us in check. Famine, plague, war, natural disaster. All part of the planetary consciousness.
This.
Unless, of course, we learn to work with the planetary consciousness and not against it. That's when the unforeseen new vistas open up.
