Yes it would be overdoing it. Just change your workout every morning so you can't adapt and you will lose fat.

What exactly was "terrible" about this day? You got a good workout, got some chores done, and then got laid. Sounds like the pre workout did exactly what it was intended for. Based on this, they should bring it back.
