A lot of people are also modifying 9005 high beam bulbs and using them for 9006 low beam bulbs.
Note the CIVIC forum!
Big second on the cop car lights. A few years ago local cops were directing traffic, and because of their damn too bright lights, people didn't notice other cars brake lights!

re: What's your take on UAB's situation?

I bet Ray Watts won't step foot on the campus without security guards at his side. Hopefully any BOT member will remain in good health, because I've personally seen many University Hospital workers support the football program.

If I were a Nole fan, I'd be more worried about:
1. Are we using the same signals as last year to call the plays in from the sideline?
2. If the answer to #1 is yes, then is Coker smart enough to remember them?
3. If the answer to #2 IS yes, then is Winston smart enough to learn new signals?

Pharmaceutical manufacturing?

Remember the last time UAB beat an SEC team in football? Stranger things haven't happened for UAB in a while.

Going anywhere west of I-65 in Birmingham is kind of like playing Russian Roulette. That area seems to have a lot of lead poisoning.

So staying in Southern Montgomery(airport) is cool?
Maybe a local will speak up, but from what I have heard, the southern areas of Montgomery are some of the most dangerous.
I would only consider staying in the Taylor Road area if staying in Montgomery - look back at my earlier post for the location. I would avoid the Southern Blvd.
Lots of safer choices in Troy, Ozark or even Enterprise if Dothan is definitely out.

Is this mutation related to the one that causes blue-eyed males to have large "members"?

Condolences in advance for driving on the RCC.
Generally a faster, definitely a safer route through Montgomery is to take I-85 (Atlanta exit) from I-65 then take exit 9(Taylor Road/SR 271) on I-85. Taylor Road dead ends with US 231 South of Montgomery. Of course if you want to find some crack, a street-walker, or maybe even both, then take the Southern Blvd through Montgomery.
There are a total of 3 traffic light cameras on Taylor Road - (1) Eastchase Parkway - the second light after you're on Taylor Road; (2) At Vaughn Road - the only major intersection on Taylor Road - McD's on right just before light; (3) at US 231 South - both lanes turn left, so try to avoid being behind a large truck - green light is short.
Be aware that there is ongoing construction in both directions between Montgomery and Troy.
Also, just north of Prattville, between exit 186 and 181, there is an area where every week I see two state troopers doing their best to balance the Alabama state budget mainly using the Ka band.
If you have Waze, use it!

re: If you quit drinking, did you ever go through a lot of guilt?

Had a friend that was a stripper and made $$$$/night. She had a seizure and with the meds they put her own, she had to stop drinking. Now she barely makes anything stripping sober, and never takes customers back to the VIP rooms.

Very true for basketball and football, but despite what George Carlin would have led you to believe, it seems as if a few BASEBALL COACHES have had the bigger balls with respect to athletics between these two schools.

I can assure you that I am not a party of the church in this matter, rather a taxpayer who is somewhat disgruntled by this mega church wanna be not paying by the rules nor being remotely good* for the neighborhood.
*Properties they own that are not rented are overgrown with weeds, and since they are a church, the city is hesitant to enforce environmental law. Yes, the mayor of this town is a member of this church.

I know that churches are exempt from property taxes, however my question is........ If a church owns several houses that it rents to the general public for profit, i.e., no subsidized housing, hardship cases, unwed mothers, etc., would these properties continue to be exempt from state and local property taxation?
Thanks for reading and for the record this is in Alabama.
