Take away the requirements of SPED, testing, counseling and let the schools put problem kids out of school and you probably could get away with less admin. The fact is most of this is required or the requirements cause a need for the job.

The superintendent makes about 150k which is an embarrassment for someone who supervises 4k employees 40 something schools and 27k kids.
As far as CO being over staffed it is one of the leanest and comparatively under paid districts in the state. And that is with typically top 10 test results. And top 3 if you compare like size districts.

This changed Jan. 1. You no longer get to own the property. You can force the sale but don’t get an interest in the property.

The only thing I am aware of is testing that I includes 30 days or so. Not like alcohol BAC. Companies can use a drug test that shows positive and the employee may have partaken 2 weekends before.

New to this so I have some questions. Why would it be so cheap. Most of what I’ve heard are good hunting scopes can go north of 1k. It looks great though.

I’ve always used Days. It isn’t cheap but how does it stack up to some of these other processors price wis, any idea?

They have to take into account that the ball carrier is being pulled down. It’s ridiculous to assume a defensive player can be going for a legal hit, the ball carrier called, trips, gets tackled and it’s the defensive players fault.

I felt like Les was always going to do enough to not get fired and would drive us to mediocrity. It was just awful with Les especially 2011.
Ed got lucky to get the job and to win a natty but no one thought he was the answer long term.
Kelly I had high hopes and still think he’s a really good coach. Maybe just a wrong fit?
