Losing Evans to Bama stings, but Williams and Smith were huge gets today, and the rest of the class fills needs across the board. Hard to argue with that!

Yeah I mean I don't think the coaches should have gone about it differently. You have to sell him on what you want him to do, and if he's no on board with it then so be it. The 4-2-5 will cost us some pass rushing talent going forward, but that's okay.

Still pretty butthurt about Evans, can't lie, but the Braden Smith and Andrew Williams additions help. The Star position pitch probably did us in...

Judging by the comments on the article, it sounds like he really wasn't feeling the Star position, and that was the tipping point. Understandable, I suppose.
Disappointing. Really thought Evans was Auburn bound, but Braden was a huge get, and Tre Williams will pair nicely with Cassanova to give us at least 2 solid linebackers. I think we'll be okay.
Just wish he went to UCLA instead of Bama. Can't wait until Saban is gone! Sick of him haha
