I am about to do a large home improvement project and have excellent credit and low debt and I was thinking of going HELOC route since I'm not exactly sure how much the project may cost. If I'm understanding this thread it wouldn't be advisable? If not then what option would be better. I was thinking of doing the draw against my money market account which earns 4.00% to lessen the blow after the first 6 month when it goes from 3.99% to variable currently around 7%.

She doubled a required triple jump in her short program. That is 0 points and is devastating to any chance she would have in the long free skate. She should have been focused on her skating instead of running her mouth about how the LGBTQ community is mis-treated in the US under the current administration.

Remove Temple and Brown from any direct influence within the program. Thanks for the past, however we are going in a different direction (see currently what is happening with the football program).

The cost to build, operate, maintain, and participate is enormous. The electric and insurance is mind blowing, and that is just for starters.

Just got back from Tokyo. Flew from Washington Dulles to HND and back. Long fights, 15 hours there and 13 back on a 777. Flight is long but not bad. 3 meals and take advantage of sleeping during flights makes it easier, even with time changes. Tokyo is absolutely amazing. One of the best experiences of my life. The culture is so awe inspiring. The city is immaculately clean with 0 crime. The people are incredibly polite to one another, and everyone dresses up for work and afterwards. The food and presentation is outstanding. NO TIPPING on anything! The women are gorgeous. What struck me the most was everyone contributes to the society. Not much of a language barrier as English is a second language. I highly recommend if you haven't been.
