Things outside of it would be crypto accounts, precious metals, other properties that aren’t in trust but in llcs controlled by step parent. They would buy distressed property, my parent would put in all manual labor and then they would sell property for profit. So even though step parent made all money, my deceased parent did put labor and work into properties and other things as well. They did contribute overall in the marriage

To a parent's assets after a parent's death. This is in Louisiana. Basically, a parent died and step parent wants to steal all assets and leave what the step parent sees fit to step kids and give all assets to their children. Step parent made all money but other parent didn't. Step parent feels all money and assets is theirs and wants to keep it all and give to their kids. I thought Louisiana was a 50/50 state. In a normal world, everything owned by both, half should go to deceased parents kids. The step parent has crypto accounts, jewels and gems, property in llcs. I'm guessing to make it so that deceased side doesn't own anything. Any suggestions on attorneys that specialize in this sort of thing for litigation is greatly appreciated.
