think almost everyone agrees with him on this. CFB is out of control and not in a good way

Maybe so. But if I’m a Clemson fan I hate hearing him say this.
Indiana
2023, 3-9

Cignetti hired
2024, 11-2, playoffs
2025, 15-0, possibly NC

So it’s not out of the realm of possibility. Yes, schedule is tough. But if Leavitt healthy I wouldn’t rule out a playoff spot.

They are feeling that national media sympathy slipping away. Those who aren’t will be feeling it soon.

Yep. Some don’t realize the day in the sun is ending. Because of what LK built OM has a talented team returning, and they are going to bring in a strong portal class. But they’re starting over from the standpoint of being the darling of CFB. Once 2026 kicks off it’s 0-0, and while some media will hang on to the Kiffin narrative, the interest in it will die once OM loses a couple games. We’ll see what Golding is made of.

Y'all aren't reading Neal's reply correctly. He's just saying it's not breaking news. Everyone at Ole Miss has been saying Winnie would go to LSU since Lane left.

Seems a bit of an emotional response to an unbiased, non-LSU-affiliated standard post like hundreds of others that are going out daily. Had it been in response to an LSU fan post gloating about “stealing” an OM player then maybe. Instead he throws a bit of a tantrum.
From Strey Cat to Tiger with the stroke of a pen.
Maybe this is a sign we’re about to sign Lisfranc Leavitt.
He’s Eugene Felsnic.

Just watch the first 10 seconds.

I was hoping Miami would crush them. But after last night’s game ended I thought how much more difficult it is to lose a game where you were seconds away from making it to the NC. An arse whipping sucks, but you throw your hands up and realize you’re just not good enough.

OM fans will lose sleep over the way they lost, hashing over and over in their minds Carneiro’s missed FG, every 3rd down conversion Miami made on its final drive, the supposed PI on the last play…

I know that’s hateful, but…

I don’t think we’re in an ideal position to ridicule anyone’s QB search right now….

Fair enough, just find the picture funny - curly hair, beard, even a blue and red shirt.

I don’t worry much about Kiffin solving the QB situation. Looks like OM could grab Knight. Could be a good pickup for them.

Golding looking for a QB

Not only do you fill a need on the o-line, you also get an all-name team recipient. Anyone whose name is pronounced “Man, I see a titty!” has got to be a great player.

Exactly! He looks like the quintessential 50s bully.

30 mil in a normal season when you only need to supplement 5-10 players will be easy. But when you have to get 25+ players that $30 mil is not nearly as much when some players are demanding $2-5 mil

I think when you have $30m to pay out to players you have $30m regardless of whether they’re on your roster already or not. The trick is pulling the best available players when you’ve got so many spots open, especially after a coaching change. There’s so much more competition now with NIL - who ever thought we’d be competing with Texas Tech and Indiana for players. Especially when they are coming off playoff seasons vs our 7-6. You just have to rely on Kiffin’s ability and reputation and hope for a quick turnaround.
He’s from Ohio, so they have that in their favor.
That’s the flag of Trinidad.
