Honestly, the backup kicker should never be put in that spot. If anyone's to blame for the loss, it's Saban's and his 4th quarter decision-making. I actually feel bad for the kickers. If my coach showed a lack of confidence like that, good luck expecting it to be there the next time it's needed.
