They are rotating a lot to keep guys on the team. Won’t know until Fall camp.

From what I heard was that he was blindside by the Arizona QB transfer de Laura being brought in. He announced he was staying before he even knew. It was confirmed that the coaches didn’t talk with him at all about them bringing that guy in (which apparently came with some NIL $).
Have some buddies that were in the athletic department at Tx State that were pissed because he had just came off that good season. Especially since the De Laura guy had some off the field issues.

He has talent but I am not sure how he has crept up that far. I would assume due to his accuracy and measurables but he is an injury prone guy. Will be a good backup.

I think that would be for sure the best to roll with against Clemson at least. I’m sure Coach Davis will know best about if those young guys are ready. Would be shocked if they don’t have Moore and Thompson starting just with their experience.

Gonna be interesting to see what starting 5 they put together in Fall. From what I have been hearing and reading they mixed it up to keep guys from entering the portal. Wish we would grab a tackle from the portal cause we are a little thin depth wise there. I’m gonna predict they move Chester to guard by the first game. But then again Thompson would slide in well there if Davis has really taken hold to the tackle spot.

There were multiple instances last season where he hit A1, Hilton and even Parker in stride on beautiful deep balls. It 100% had to do with not having Hilton to take the top off the defense. Nic Anderson, Brown and Hilton will help the deep balls.
