Just another reason the SEC HQ needs to be relocated from the Land of Gump. EVERYTHING they do is based on what's best for the state of Alabama and their beloved little Gumps.

The remaining states and universities are not equally represented. Look at the other current thread about the conference baseball tournament. It surely isn't located in Hoover for any reason other than it being in the SEC HQ backyard.

Cancel the contract with the Birmingham bowl. Move the HQ to another state. Fire the staff! Hire department heads for scheduling, officiating, compliance, and sanctions who aren't affiliated with the Gumps. Replace the testicle-looking idiot (Finebaum) on the SEC (Gump) Network.

It's hard to call this a conference when you don't play some teams for more than a decade.

Stupid is as stupid does. This is what you get when your "conference" is run by a bunch of f'in Gumps!

Robertson's walk-up music is godawful.

Maybe it's having an impact on our batting average. A few of them are decent but overall the walk-up music royally sucks this season. :yack:

I wish the Saints had our backfield.
I will NEVER attend in the Hoover dump.

The SEC HQ will go out of their way to keep it in their home state. Just like wasting time with the Birmingham Bowl, they've proven they're not interested in representing all 14 universities an 11 states equally. I'll travel to any of the other 10 states but will not attend anywhere in the Land of Gump!

Kiffen is a huge douche so he fits in well in Gumpville.

Considering who runs the SEC HQ, they probably would make up a BS rule to void the offer.

I'm not sure why the "My Account" section isn't up to date for baseball but the tickets will be mailed within the next week.
This is just one example in a long history of SEC HQ cheating. In a state with NO professional sports and NO quality college sports (other than softball & gymnastics), they go all out for Alabama football.

Remember this is a university that went back in time and fabricated five titles because it had been so long since they had claimed one. This is a university led by the "Bear" who violated rules repeatedly and led to new rules such as scholarship limitations.

This is a fanbase who places gigantic "A"s on their truck & trailer because they can't spell Alabama. They've filled the top positions overseeing scheduling, officiating, compliance, and sanctions with Alabama grads to facilitate their cheating and to cover their tracks.

They've forced us to play a conference baseball tournament in their crappy ballpark and even subject a team to play a bowl game in Birmingham. :yack:

Before getting off my soapbox...screw the Gumps :doublebird: :doublebird: :doublebird: and screw the a$$wipes running the SEC HQ!

RELOCATE THE HQ so we can avoind all their BS!
I love Johnny Jones and REALLY hope he can be a successful long-term HC for LSU. When he was hired I was concerned he spent so many years as an Assistant and had only served as HC twice including North Texas and a single losing season at Memphis.

With the current talent I expected much more than we've seen. I understand the slow start and also the lack of defense, rebounding, etc. can be attributed to youth but at this point I wouldn't expect this much trouble against a lowly program like Alabama.

In a very weak SEC I was hoping we would finish in the top three. We still may but it just seems like the same repeated mistakes are being made. I just don't know if JJ will build and maintain a top 25 program. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Ha!...coming from an Alabama fan that's funny.

Without SEC refs nobody would even know Alabama participates in sports. Don't ever let them relocate the SEC HQ. If they do...you're screwed!
Some people seem surprised by the officiating. There's absolutely nothing more consistent in the SEC than horrible (cheating and /or poor) officiating.

Want it to get better? Relocate the HQ!
Maybe you should rank the hierarchy of how the SEC treats the 14 universities and 11 states it claims to equally represent.

We're the national championship leader in this conference but you'd never know it because it's run by a bunch of Gumps in Gumpville.

Hoover Met Park --- :yack: :yack: :yack:

SEC Network --- :snoozer: :snoozer: :snoozer:

SEC officiating --- :dope: :dope: :dope:
I hope we get as many as possible because we have to win it on the field. We won't get the extra help somebody else in our conference gets.

ESPN...I remember when they were relevant.

Unless LSU is playing this channel gets skipped.
Too bad the park still sucks. Maybe selling alcohol will give the illusion it was well designed.
This is the SEC. Don't forget the outcome is often controlled by the people running the HQ in Gumpville.

We don't need close games which can be decided by a few calls. We need to decide the outcome and leave no ability for the typical BS we see in this conference.

Heisman... :snoozer: :snoozer: :snoozer:

As useless as a State of the Union address from this administration. A lot of pomp and circumstance without any substance.
The SEC doesn't represent the 14 universities and 12 states equitably. Until they relocate the HQ out of Gumpville...screw the bastards.

I hope Clemson rams it up their a$$ tonight. BTW...I won't be watching. It makes me ill to see all their inbred fans yelling rawl tod. They're an embarrassment to higher education and our region.
I've never understood the fascination with the Heisman. It rarely goes to the best player and is as political as watching network news.

I hope he wins it and tells them to shove it.

??????????????????????????...and the excuses never end!
The Heisman is a joke. It has been for a LONG time. If he wins, I hope he doesn't attend.
