Navarre is beautiful. I think a few tarballs were spotted a week ago, but that's it. The oil seems to be skirting us and is headed to the east mostly staying offshore....

I live in Navarre. The Pensacola news last night said that Gulf Shores Beaches were closed yesterday, but Orange Beach was open. The oil looks to be headed more east. The beaches are getting cleaned quickly. The reporter said that the area was hoping to be open this weekend....

I live a mile from Navarre Beach and had lunch beach side at Pensacola Beach today. Both beaches were packed and are more beautiful than I have seen in years. Please don't cancel your vacation plans to this area yet......

My husband is a piggie fan...but loves the tigers too because he better or else. He knows not to mess with me about AR winning the last 2 years and, of course, that awful 2002 loss. I nearly went into premature labor after that game. I take tiger football seriously...he knows to respect that!...

I think you are right...my husband and I saw something yellow too...I think my heart stopped for a few seconds...I couldn't believe. I'm not sure what it was...but it was there...I'm glad someone else saw it....
