Well you could draw a comparison to all of the GOP congress men and senators who brought their own kneepads when they knelt and kissed Trump's ring. Both sides have those followers who are incapable of independent thought and blindly follow the party leadership.

Somehow a decrease of less than 5% does not feel like a crash.

Saran wrap, even the boxes with the slide cutter. I waste more than I use.
re: Stand-by Generator for home. Worth it?

I am retired and my wife and I have some mobility issues. We live in a subdivision north of Houston. We bought our 24 K Generac through Costco and got a $900 gift card rebate from Costco. Generator Supercenter in Tomball handled the instalation. Total price for the unit and the install less the gift card came to $13K. I pay $40 per month for service contract. They come out once a year for oil changes and all maintenance. I put all of it on the Costco credit card for the extra 1% rebate to max out the savings. Unit runs on aautomatice test cycle once a week for 5 minutes.
Since we got it, we have had maybe 6 outtages. The unit kicks on within 10 seconds of the power going out. It is a great investment if you are old and get around with either a cane or a walker.

The reason to use a look up is to deflect those who never knew that there was once a party called the Democrat Republican party. I should not be surprised since the origins of the Republican party comes from what used to be called the Know Nothing party.

All of you flunked history. Check it yourself if you do not believe this next except from Gemini.
The phrase gerrymandering is a portmanteau of the last name of American politician Elbridge Gerry and the word salamander.
The term was coined in 1812 in response to a political scheme in Massachusetts.
The Origin Story
The Politician: Elbridge Gerry was the Governor of Massachusetts (and later the Vice President under James Madison). Although he reportedly found the tactic "highly disagreeable," he signed a bill into law that redrew the state's senatorial districts to favor his own Democratic-Republican Party.

I grew up in Kaplan. Infrastructure maintenance is definitely a forgotten word.
Check the maps, LA 35 from Kaplan to Cow Island and LA 82 from Abbeville are the only land routes to the Pecan Island area. Both are typical Louisiana 2 lane highways with no shoulders and spotty maintenance. You will see grass growing in the blacktop cracks. There are a series of canals but the roads will definitely need improvement.

Voters have short memories. GOP will be running on Trumps promise failures, no wars , economy are the biggest failures. Democrats will point out the deficit increase and epstein. Democrats will win the house and have a good shot at winning the senate making Trump a lame duck.

GOP controls the House, Senate and Executive. The blame is with them. All they have to do is waive that 60 vote rule and they get done everything they want.

There was this dog leg right hole right next to the large cattle pasture and the boundary was a simple barbed wire fence. There was this large silo on the pasture side and if you could clear it with your shot then you were in great position for a birdie. One guy I was playing with must have been a city boy. He bounced his ball off of the top of that silo and decided he wanted his ball. As he is going through the barbed wire fence, I told him those large 4 legged animals were bulls and that what he was doing might not be a good idea. He goes through the fence and starts running towards his ball. Here comes Mr. Bull at a full run. Not only did that guy give up on his ball but he made a beautiful dive through the barbed wire fence losing his shirt and gaining many bloody scratches from that barbed wire fence.

If you are a w 2 worker, look at your most recent check stub. The FIT withheld should be at least 10% of the gross in order to assure a refund.
