No car! Ideally, a walkable city during the week and train or short flights on weekends. I'm leaning Germany or Sweden at this point.

I have only been to England and Amsterdam. I'll be in Greece for a wedding late July, so taking on a month post-Greece. I'd prefer a more English-speaking area. Belgium, Germany, or Scandinavia are more appealing than Spain and France. More into the city life than adventure.
Remote Work for 1 month - what city in Europe?

I'm looking to work remote in Europe for the entire August, does anybody have experience or recommendations as to what city should be my hub? I'll have a decent sized budget for housing. Looking to stay in that hub city and work remote during the week, but travel to other cities on the weekends.

On the plus side chicken wings are as cheap as they've ever been ($1.29/lb recently) so there's that.
But restaurants keep jacking their wing prices up. It’s ridiculous out there now.

Don't forget about the 1099 you will get at the end of the year for winnings
I think the 1099s are only issued for daily fantasy winnings, and not for sportsbook winnnings.
A W2G is issued for sportsbook winnings, but that is only if you win more than $600 AND the odds were 300 to 1 or greater

It was packed for one hour a day, so I can see why no drive-thru is a deal breaker.

It’s great. One if the more underrated places in the city. Have had about half their menu and everything has been delicious.

Pivoting off this thread...I'm also interested in getting a new 3 wood. Would it be dumb to pay for a fitting just for a 3 wood? I've never been fitted before, but I also don't have interest (or the budget) to get a new driver and irons for at least a couple more years.

The Orleans assessor has been targeting many of them for multiple years in a row, assessing their homes for much more than they are worth. Like, as high as 60% to over 100% more than what they're worth.
This is not true at all. The majority of the LGD and Uptown on the SE side of Carrolton are still under-assessed.

The old money is in Toya's pocket. They want to keep her in office, because she only makes them richer...
