I always see recommendations of staying about 1800 calories when trying to drop weight. If I’m in ketosis and utilizing fat as a fuel, does the calorie count really matter? If I went 1200 calories a day, wouldn’t I just be utilizing more of my own fat?

The O-Line is suspect, we lost our offensive coordinator. We need to be realistic and understand that if the O-line doesn’t show up, Brennan could get rattled after a few sacks, and we could be in for a rough one.

I don’t think you are that old. Brett McKay posted videos with mark rippetoe in 2015, and Brett was basically a beginner. At the time I assume he was 32. Now in 2020 he deadlifts 615. He began with starting strength and then transitioned to the Texas method.

66 and 67 probably have the biggest bulls in Colorado, the issue is you have to wait 5-7 years to draw. You can get an over the counter in 65 but the problem is there is road access on one end and if you kill something in the far end, you better be a damn monster to haul it out. September is a weird time because it’s really not cold enough to leave the meat for a day or two if you have to pack out without a mule. San Juans is rough arse country.

I continued to pull my calf and my ankles were killing me until I found zone training. I try to keep my heart rate below 140 on most runs and as I lost weight my injuries went away, my pace increased, and my heart rate remained under 140. You may be going to hard to fast.

You need to figure out why you want a 6 pack. If it’s to look cool, a 5’ 10” 145 lb male has never achieved that. You may wanted to start tacking on mass.

I don’t have a problem tipping a hunting guide that puts me on birds or game, they work their tail off. I have never tipped a fishing guide in my life and I’ve been on a lot of trips. Anyone who wants to catch fish on my local lakes, I could put them on fish... it’s not that hard, they just have the geographical advantage.
