Maybe i should have chosen a different title and made it.. is LSU a nat champ contender or just a good 9-10 win football team? because those seem like the two likely options/scenarios. Did not mean to offend any LSU fans and by mentioning pretender I did not intend to downplay their programs consistency particularly during the 2000s. Just honestly didn't know how to evaluate them after the first three games thats all.

I usually would hope for 3:30 CBS, but for LSU i am hoping for a night game. Atmosphere would be incredible and Sanford stadium would be rocking.
Would be a tough place for LSU to walk into and get the W. Either way its a win-win as those are probably the two best times for football games. I'm predicting CBS would not be able to give up the mettenberger-uga matchup but we'll see.

Does anyone think LSU and particularly their offense is as good as advertised? So far it doesn't seem they have played anybody all that good Many people will say TCU but after their loss to tex tech they may not be legitimate. Cam Cameron was obviously an upgrade and defense looks like a usual John Chavis D, but im just not sure. Thoughts?

As a UGA fan ill probably never again be this happy to see my team at .500. We lost to a very good possibly top 10 football team in clemson on the road in a crazy environment by 3. But we rebounded and beat a great South Carolina team. Offense looked great and murray proved he could win the big game
Lsu will be very tough but we have them at home and will have more success against a qb that isnt as mobile as boyd or shaw.
After that we should be favored in every game and it seems like we will surely be making our 3rd straight trip to Atlanta. 11-1 or 10-2 seems like the likely regular season finish.
