A while back someone in here shared a training split designed for cutting where each muscle group was trained once everyday. Can’t find it anywhere. Any help would be appreciated

I work out at a local gym. General lifting. I really enjoy working with kettlebells tho. Just wanted some at home to mostly metabolic/hiit workouts. Was just looking at options.

Type 2 is absolutely treatable and reversible. I was diagnosed in 2016. Granted I was 330 lbs at 5’11”. I got my diet and exercise in check, got down to 180 and came off all meds. I’ve kept my weight off for nearly 5 years now and have no symptoms of diabetes or pre-diabetes. You absolutely can do it

I’ve tried chips ahoy, nutter butter and Oreo. All are good but chips ahoy is definitely the best of those three

I work out at 4 am so the pre workout gives me an extra boost. Also I enjoy the muscle pumps that come with it. For those that say pre workout does nothing for them I would question the pre they’re taking.

As far as protein powder, of course you can get enough protein from meat, but a good tasting protein shake (and not all of them are) can break of the monotony and be a bit a treat. But to each his own

My daughter is a cheerleader at a school in their same region. We actually played them the week before. If he was injured it occurred during the week of practice. He didn’t suffer any injury that I could tell in the game before. Their last game was against the worst team in the region so it’s possible that they were just resting him

Went with the soundsport free from Bose. Only used em once so far but their comfortable and the sound is amazing
