Well if it makes you feel better, I believe you are incorrect. The race is not very close at all. I think Fetterman wins by 5 points. The press is doing all they can to smash Oz. Suburban women will be flocking to the polls after the RvW reversal because the last thing a woke white suburban mom wants is a brown grandchild as the result of BLM rally affair.

I'm in a very bellwether county - Bucks and I see almost no Oz signs and actually very few Fetterman signs. Not one voter is excited about this race here. This means the mail in voting in Philly and Pittsburg will EASILY outweigh any R gains in the "T".

I can only speak of when I was in school at LSU and the guys in my and other fraternities that I knew so everyone's experience is different. I would say at least half of the guys in the 90's in my fraternity had part time jobs, came from middle class families in LA, TX, & MS (for the most part), and at least 10 were in the guard or on ROTC scholarships to pay for tuition.

Did we act like "douches" some of the time? Absolutely. As did pretty much every kid in college at some point. Did we do charity work as well? Yes. Even if it was for the sole reason of meeting new sorority girls. I guess the right thing for the wrong reason is still important some times.

I just never understood anyone who immediately hated guys in fraternities for no other reason than they weren't in one and the same for fraternity guys who thought they were better than GDI's.

I would also say that in my time in fraternities most kids join or go through rush because they are NOT connected and just want to meet some guys will similar interests outside of maybe 2-3 old row ones.

My wife (then fiancé) gave me an Omega Seamaster as an engagement present since I bought her a ring about 20 years ago. I haven’t looked at the pricing since until today and it’s interesting that I can likely sell it for equal or greater than she paid for it then. God forbid I’m agreeing with the senile bastard but I think he’s correct. I’ve been saying this for a year now. The 2022 senate mid term map is not favorable for R’s. D’s are going to flip PA for sure and I think they will likely flip WI. Can they hold GA? If GA was dumb enough to vote D last time, why will it be any different this fall? I think it ends up 52-48 D. Now, 2024 should be good for R but the damage done will be irreversible by the that point.
