Per KVUE: AUSTIN, Texas — A season that had a great deal of promise for the Texas Longhorns baseball team has come to an end.
The Longhorns lost to the UTSA Roadrunners in Austin Sunday night 7-4, thereby eliminating them from the NCAA Baseball Tournament.
Despite facing the same opponent for the second time in as many days, the result remained the same, as the Longhorns couldn't hold off the Roadrunners, who now advance to the super regionals.
