Fox Sports College Football analyst Matt Leinart appeared on "The Ryen Russillo Podcast" recently and discussed whether Arch Manning could lead Texas to a National Championship this season.

As of now, Leinart doesn't think he can pull it off. Per Athlon Sports:

"I'm not sure they can," Leinart said. "Make no mistake about it: Quinn Ewers will be responsible for them winning a national championship when it's all said and done. I'm not sure Arch is ready, and maybe he can get there, but I think that's Quinn's team."
Manning made his first SEC start on Saturday vs. Mississippi State and passed for 324 yards and two touchdowns in the Longhorns 35-13 win.
