According to Brazos County Jail Records, Aggies star running back Le'Veon Moss was arrested by the College Station Police Department on Sunday, July 13, on disorderly conduct charges stemming from threat or abuse.

Disorderly conduct is classified a Class C misdemeanor.

According to the probable cause statement obtained by KBTX, Moss allegedly “assumed a fighting posture towards an unidentified man" before threatening to assault him. He also allegedly "continued to shout at the man while craning around the officer." He also reportedly shouted obscenities at the bystander.
Moss is one of the top returning running backs in the SEC and is expected to play a significant role in the Aggies' offense.

Moss rushed 765 yards on 121 carries and scored 10 touchdowns last season.
