Texas A&M sophomore defensive end James Lockhart announced Tuesday morning via Twitter that he intends to transfer.


Lockhart appeared in all 12 games this season with limited action. He recorded eight tackles total.

It is amazing that a Sophomore in college is calling it his football career. He should be trying to get an education and not worrying about the sports career that will likely not happen.
