CJ Cotman, a four-star athlete from Clearwater, FL (Clearwater Central Catholic) announced Wednesday that he has committed to Tennessee.
The 5-10, 175-pound prospect is rated the No. 28 overall athlete in the country for 2017, according to Rivals.
The Vols now have 21 verbal commitments for the class of 2017 with the addition of Cotman.
