South Carolina quarterback Air Noland plans to enter the transfer portal after one season in Columbia.

The former elite high school prospect began his college career at Ohio State, but did not see any game action and transferred to South Carolina last January.

Noland saw limited action in 2025, completing 2 of 3 passes for 13 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions, and added four rushing yards on one carry in brief appearances off the bench.

Another school may be the third strike for this young man, if he can not become the starter. Maybe, Noland needs to consider a team like Southern Miss. or Tulane.
