During Tuesday's World Cup Group D game, Uruguay's Luis Suarez appeared to bite Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini. Despite Chiellini's protests, Suarez was not punished by Mexican referee Marco Rodriguez.

Uruguay went on to win the match 1-0 and will advance in the World Cup but it will be determined soon whether or not Suarez will face punishment from FIFA's Disciplinary Committee.
