ESPN felt it necessary to issue a brief statement addressing Brent Musburger’s excessively creepy horndoggery when commenting upon the attractiveness of Katherine Webb, the girlfriend of Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback AJ McCarron, during the BCS National Championship Game. Here's ESPN’s statement on the awkward event, courtesy of the reporting by Sports Business Journal Media Reporter, John Ourand, via his Twitter account...
quote:

“We always try to capture interesting storylines and the relationship between an Auburn grad who is Miss Alabama and the current Alabama quarterback certainly met that test. However, we apologize that the commentary in this instance went too far and Brent understands that.”

Can someone tell me what did he (Brent Musburger) say that was wrong ???? Are you kidding me.... What in the world is going on with these touchy people. Can some press the rewind button to a time, When a man can complement a woman, and a woman would be gratful & glad to except it. As for the bozo's that run the entertainment world, Its time to stop being twoface. You have crap produced like Lil' Jon & The East Side Boyz - Get Low, yet what Brent Musburger said he had to aplogize for... These people running the networks and produce entertainment are delusional!!!!
