Vanderbilt was hit with some bad news on Tuesday Night when they found out that four-star defensive back Kyle Gibson would be committing to UCF. Per TampaBay.com,
quote:

Soon after head coach James Franklin left Vanderbilt for Penn State, Armwood S Kyle Gibson reopened a commitment to the Commodores that he gave in August.

Tuesday night, Vandy’s loss became UCF’s gain.

Gibson has switched his oral commitment to the Knights, Armwood coach Sean Callahan said Tuesday night via text message.
Vanderbilt now has nine commitments just one week before national signing day.
