Love Spurrier. He could care less about playing in the Capital One Bowl. With Spurrier you're either first or you're last. Didnt the Capital One Bowl used to ba called the Citrus Bowl???? Well, you cant spell Citrus Bowl without a USC.

He is clearly cheesed-off that Clemson is playing in the Orange Bowl, and rightfully so. Those guys are phonies and will be exposed on national television.

I don't think it was so much about the trophy as it was about the win itself. Didn't look like Spurrier was all that interested in the actual trophy, anyway. Proud of the Gamecocks and especially proud of Connor Shaw!!

Spurrier is awesome. It will be a sad day when he finally hangs it up.
