Multiple sources are reporting that Tennessee wide receiver Jason Croom will miss the TaxSlayer Bowl against Iowa due to a knee injury. Vols wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni confirmed the news after practice on Tuesday, per

Azzanni said Croom injured the knee in Sunday’s practice.

“It’s very disappointing,” Azzanni said. “I feel sorry for him. Here’s a guy that’s busted his tail and gotten better all season long and done everything I asked of him. Just doesn’t say a word and works his tail off. The game gets taken away here at the end, one he’d love to play in. First bowl game.”
On the season, Croom has 21 receptions for 305 yards and four touchdowns.
