Nkemdiche, a sophomore defensive tackle, has been one of the driving forces behind Ole Miss’ defense all season. He has 22 tackles with two sacks in nine starts, along with a quarterback hurry and pass breakup. Those stats are fairly ordinary, but coaches have consistently praised the impact Nkemdiche has on the game by attracting extra attention from opposing offenses.
