According to ESPN's Heather Dinich, if the College Football Playoffs were to start today, five teams from the SEC would make the 12-team playoff.
Georgia would be projected to win the SEC and receive a first-round bye as the No. 3 seed.
LSU, Texas A&M, Oklahoma, and Tennessee would also make the playoff:
