Future CFP Championship Game Sites Have Been Announced

The College Football Playoff selection committee announced future CFP Championship Game locations on Wednesday for 2018, 2019 and 2020.

2017-2018
Playoff Semifinals: Rose Bowl & Sugar Bowl on Jan. 1
National Championship: Atlanta, GA on Monday, Jan. 8
Cities in the running to host were Atlanta, Santa Clara, Houston and Miami.

2018-2019
Playoff Semifinals: Cotton Bowl & Orange Bowl on Dec. 31
National Championship: Santa Clara, CA on Monday, Jan. 7
Cities in the running to host were Santa Clara, Charlotte, Detroit, Houston, New Orleans and San Antonio.

2019-2020:
Playoff Semifinals: Peach Bowl & Fiesta Bowl on Dec. 31
National Championship: New Orleans, LA on Monday, Jan. 13
Cities in the running to host were Santa Clara, Charlotte, Houston, Minnesota, New Orleans and San Antonio.

The 2017 Championship game will be played in Tampa, Florida on Monday, January 9th. The two semifinals games that year are the Peach Bowl and the Fiesta Bowl on Dec. 31.
