Ex-UF QB Jeff Driskel Is Headed To Louisiana Tech

Only a couple days after leading Florida to 28-20 victory over East Carolina in the Birmingham Bowl on Saturday, ESPN reports that Gators quarterback Jeff Driskel will transfer to Louisiana Tech:

Driskel threw for 1,140 yards, nine TDs and 10 interceptions this season. He battled injuries throughout his career for the Gators.

Driskel, who was rated among the nation's top quarterback prospects out of high school in 2011, joins a Louisiana Tech team coached by Skip Holtz that finished 2014 with a 9-5 record.
