ESPN is ranking the Top 25 players in the SEC in 2013, and we will be featuring the Top 15 here starting with South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney. The ranking is based solely on performance during the 2013 season, and is based on how players performed in key games and clutch situations. Here is what ESPN had to say about Clowney:

2013 summary: Clowney led the Gamecocks with nine quarterback hurries and was second on the team with 11.5 tackles for loss, including three sacks. He was a first-team All-SEC selection by both the Associated Press and coaches.
