The SEC was well represented at the Heisman Ceremony last year, with candidates Johnny Manziel, AJ McCarron, and Tre Mason all having a chance to win the award.
Now that all three of them are headed to the NFL next year, its time from another set of standout SEC players to make a run at the Heismen Trophy.
Here are ESPN's top five candidates to win the Heismen next year from the SEC:
Georgia RB Todd Gurley
Auburn QB Nick Marshall
South Carolina RB Mike Davis
Alabama RB T.J. Yeldon
Mississippi State QB Dak Prescott
Who do you think has the best shot to win the Hiesman next year?
