LSU generally performs very well in the SEC with an occasional down year.

Let's leave!

Dumb logic.

Anyone saying that LSU should leave the SEC should be banned for life for that nonsense. LSU won the 2003 and 2007 titles precisely because they are in the SEC.

Winning NC's. Now that's exciting.

Placebeaux, would you really enjoy a home schedule of Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State, Texas Tech, and Oklahoma State? I realize LSU might make more final 4s, with this schedule, but where's the excitement?

Half the SEC is just as or more talented but they get beat up all year.

Their schedule is pretty embarrassing. That being said, they're talented enough to beat anyone. They proved it last season. But once again, they will probably just walk into the final four with a yawn, while most of the others will have to go through hell.

Exactly the reason why LSU should bolt to the Big 12. Why play in the SEC with the playoff system in place? Win one or two competitive games all year and you're in. The hell with the SEC.

He makes a good point. I just wish he wasn't such a turd.
