Talented Auburn freshman wide receiver Myron Burton Jr. has left the football team, according to AL.com:

Auburn coach Gus Malzahn called the departure a "mutual" decision between the coach and Burton. Malzahn said the Tigers will move receivers among the three main spots to compensate for the departure.

"We've got three or four guys who can play both," he said. "We'll move people around probably more than we have in the past. We do have some depth at receiver we feel good about."
Burton caught seven passes for 124 yards and one touchdown in Auburn's Spring Game.
