Arkansas junior guard Michael Qualls announced Wednesday that he will declare for the NBA Draft. He announced the news via Twitter:
Qualls led the team in minutes last season and finished second on the team with 15.9 points and 5.3 rebounds per game behind sophomore Bobby Portis, who has also declared for the NBA Draft.
