You have examples of these guys showing their arse at a Augusta or another major? Specifically Arnie,Watson,Niclaus or Player?

Well, there's the time Tom Watson publicly accused Gary Player of cheating. And there's Nicklaus throwing clubs. Or there's Palmer's temper. And there's the time when the guy you removed from your list of marble men publicly called out Tom Watson, his Ryder cup captain in the post match group press conference a couple years ago.

Just for starters.

ou think for a second that Bubba could have gone through what happened to Jack at Oakmont?Please...

I don't care about oak mint and Pennsylvania schlubs. We're talking about The Masters. Where some piece of shite mouthed off to a player and got in his way. When that type of thing used to never happen there. Much less be celebrated by people.

All solid examples and the EXACT same as getting into to it with patron.Throwing his clubs? Are you freakin kidding me?

Its not about your opinion of Oakmont or Pennsylvania...it's about how to handle yourself with idiots in the gallery.

All my examples are far worse than what bubba did. Obviously.

Bubba didn't "get into it" with a patron. He asked a douchebag to give him room so he could execute his shot and then after the schlub mouthed off with a "sick burn", Bubba tried awkwardly to return a "sick burn".

Anyone siding with a douchebag that ran into the woods after the ball to try to get on tv and get as close to Bubba as possible, up to and including, getting in the way......is part of the fricking problem, IMO. The bigger faux pas here is with the patron. I'm not sure someone would lose a badge over it, but that type of behavior is not encouraged or tolerated in there.

WTF are you talking about?"Jack throwing his clubs"
The ONLY example I can find of this is when he won the British Open and threw his putter in the air on the final hole to seal the victory. But to you in your twisted defense of Bubba, its "throwing his clubs"

This post is yet another illustration of the larger point...

Here you are in 2016 googling the e-archives hoping to find something on jack Nicklaus to get outraged about. But Nicklaus's career was over before these sad times.

Trust me. If the cameras and tweeters etc covered every single bad moment of Jacks career with a blogger waiting to make every thrown club or temper tantrum into a headline like this non-event with Bubba.....Nicklaus and everyone else from his Time would have different legacies.

I feel sorry for this generation.

Honestly, cursing a bad shot or tossing a club is not worse than interacting with a dipshit fan like that. Bubba showed his arse as a professional by interacting with a bystander and stooping to his level.

This is hilarious... Nobody has even seen the incident in question.

The outrage and finger-wagging is all based on a cheesy hit piece about "sick burns" that comes entirely from a small anecdote mentioned in an article which was praising Bubba for the exact opposite.

And suddenly it's okay now for professional golfers to throw clubs and booty dance after sinking long putts. Just as long as they don't ever ask some pile of shite with has flat bill sideways to get out of your way so you can do your job. Nope. That's an unforgivable sin!

Dude, he's an arse. It's ok to acknowledge that. You're just blindly defending Bubba at this point. Dig your heels in some more. You probably can't, but try.

I acknowledged way back on page 2 somewhere that Bubba has a weirdo temper... which ties in to his other quirks and eccentricities. This is not a skip Baylis Steven a smith moron contest about whether "Bubba is an arse" conversation. Sheesh.

Gatorhater9, I'm worried that you are about one Mike & Mike podcast away from becoming fully retarded.

More of a Russilo guy, but I'm pretty pumped you know what a podcast is.
