Twice, I've left GA and spent Saturday night in the central time zone on fall back weekend.
Both times, I was wide awake in the hotel at 0400 on Sunday morning.

He deleted the pic but it was some kind of fake sunshine light bulb you can set to a timer to have your own simulated sunrise and sunset for the purposes of sleeping better- artificially manipulating your circadian rhythms.
