Barber is bad. Let Ramsey punt out there. Or maybe just launch a deep ball to their returner. He's pretty good at that

Mostly a significant mark on our overall program perception.

Sure we still control our own destiny as far as winning the SEC, but perception definitely still matters

We didn't just barely lose, we got embarrassed. We probably just lost countless recruits over the next few years...which will in turn handicap us going forward and could contribute in significant ways towards us continuing to lose more games in the coming seasons

It's about us not meeting our "potential" to become one of the "elite" programs which matters to alot of recruits.

At this point the pressure is higher than ever to win the SEC THIS SEASON,and preferably against Alabama, because it's probably the only way that we can stem most of the damage from this game

Don't forget that a recruit lost for us doesn't just disappear, they go to UA, Tenn, Auburn etc., thereby re-enforcing the negative cycle. Think of it as a zero-sum game
