here's the top 10's (as of starting week 4) worst game of the season (cross post from SEC Score Board)
I see a lot of people down on my dawgs for today's 17 point win. It's the worst game of the season. Let's take a look at the rest of the top 10's worst games:
#1 Uga: 17 point win over Kent State. Not a good team, but won by 3 scores.
#2 Bama: 1 point squeaker vs. Texas who lost today to Texas Tech. Texas Tech has a 13 point loss to NCState and a 3 point win over Houston.
#3 Ohio State: 11 point win over Notre Dame who has a loss to Marshal. (who put up 5 more points on Notre Dame than Ohio State did)
#4 Michigan: 7 point win over Maryland. Maryland Has played fairly solid, not much else to say.
#5 Clemson: 7 pt OT win over Wake Forest. Wake Forest squeaked by LIBERTY by 1 point.
#6 Oklahoma: 7 pt loss to Kansas State. The same Kansas State that lost to Tulane.
#7 Southern Cal: 3 pt win over Oregon State. USC only scored 17 points on SCAL, which means they failed to score more points on Oregon State than Boise State, Fresno State, and Montana State in this win compared to those teams vs. Oregon State.
#8 Kentucky: 8 point win over NIU. Vanderbilt beat NIU by 10 points. They also have a loss to Tulsa.
#9 OKState: 17 pt win over AZ State. Not a bad win, but AZ state is a bad team (1-3 losses to East MI and Utah)
#10 Arkansas: 2 pt loss to TA&M. The same TA&M that lost to App State. The same App State that lost to James Madison.
I'd say Georgia, Michigan and OKState have the best "worst" games in the top 10.

We still have the best win, too.

I know Oregon State is improved, but USC has the “worst win”.

If that were the case the only thing that matters is W or L which isn't true for college football.

Ehh, I mean wins and losses are by far the biggest thing that matter. The only time anything else would come into play is when wins and losses are equal.

So then you'd expect UGA vs. Kansas would be a close game?

1: at no point did uga ever trail in the game.
2: the win should have been by 40 but it was only 17.
3: uga looked mortal, that's the worst that could be said about it.
All the crying and bitching is ridiculous.

Everyone is going to forget this after we cruise the next the weeks with SEC teams Missouri, Auburn, and Vanderbilt. That’s the perfect slate to get back on track for Florida, Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi St.

I remember just a few years ago when Alabama was tied 10-10 at halftime with The f’n Citadel. Then they went on to beat us in the national championship game that same year.
These are just kids (except Stet i guess whos in his 30’s). So this is the best possible thing that could have happened. Bring thhm back down to earth. I hope we lose the #1 ranking over this too
