I know this is a pipe dream, but how sweet would it be if Indiana could upset ND?

Someone mentioned getting to pick the location of the games so is that only for the semis and final?

Whoever mentioned that to you is a moron and you shouldn't listen to anything they say.

I know the SEC champ is still under contract with the Sugar Bowl and the Big Ten with the Rose. The Peach and Fiesta just let their paid lobbyists within the committee pick the biggest payday leftovers after these two are set. As they will with the Cotton and Orange. Unless contracts have survived for either of those two, which I doubt

That’s why on the cringe espn show today the bowls weren’t listed until after the teams were seeded. Otherwise you would have known where Georgia was seeded in advance

The best way to understand the quirks and machinations of this new 12 team playoff isn’t to think about it like the same deal you loved when you were a kid and your grandpa took you to games. Or any of the memories you have from New Year’s Day and bowl season as a kid.

The best way to understand it now is to think of it like a big pile of shekels. And then ask yourself , “who benefits?”
