We need AD, Smith, and more of that 4th quarter run game moving forward

I really thought we’d be able to smoke everyone until Florida without AD and Smith, but obviously not.

I assumed they were fine and Kirby was just holding them out as a precaution. That may still be the case, but we need them back soon.

I’ve been talking about the lack of an explosive run game between the tackles since the Oregon game and it finally got exposed tonight. Looks like they got it going in the 4th, but that needs to continue moving forward.

Our defense isn’t quite what they were last year on the front end, but they are good enough to help us blow out opponents if our offense can get players back and be as explosive as they have the potential to be.
