We're on a historic 2 year run currently so I wanted to see how it stacks up against other 2 year runs over the last few decades. I don't want to get ahead of myself by including 2023 so I'm only going to do our last 2 years.
Florida State / 1992-1993
23-2 record (16-0)
92: 3 points loss @Miami. Won Orange Bowl over Nebraska. Finished #2
93: 7 point loss @Notre Dame. Won Orange Bowl over Nebraska. Finished #1
1 National Title, 2 Conference Titles.
Nebraska / 1994-1995
25-0 record (14-0)
94: Won Orange Bowl over Miami. Finished #1
95: Won Fiesta Bowl over Florida. Finished #1
2 National Titles, 2 Conference Titles.
Florida / 1995-1996
24-2 record (16-0)
95: Lost Fiesta Bowl to Nebraska. Finished #2
96: 3 point loss @FSU. Won Sugar Bowl over FSU. Finished #1

Alabama / 2011-2012
25-2 record (15-2)
11: 3 points loss to LSU. Won Sugar Bowl over LSU. Finished #1
12: 5 points loss to aTm. Won Orange Bowl over ND. Finished #1
2 National Titles, 1 Conference Titles.
Georgia / 2021-2022
29-1 record (17-2)
21: 17 point loss to Bama. Won NCG over Bama. Finished #1
22: Won NCG over TCU. Finished #1
2 national titles, 1 conference title
-There were plenty of other groupings I could've done especially with bama and clemson where they had a pattern of "win a national title in a year, and be really good either the year before or after" but I didn't feel like taking the time to do all that. Next year I can do 3-year runs which will include some of them.
-Us, Nebraska, and USC were the only to have only 1 loss over the 2 year span.
-Us, Alabama, and nebraska were the only to win back to back titles
-US and alabama we were the only ones listed that did not win their conference both years
-Us and UF were the only ones to lose a game by double digits in this span
-We had the biggest blowout win of a game of any importance (so not counting the ULMs of the world)
-Nebraska was the only one to go perfect both years

LSU won the SEC in 2011, not Alabama. That has to be the most hollow conference championship in history though.

damn I need to stop doing things like this if I'm going to lose my attention span so quickly
